SOLD A pair of bald eagles lived just downriver from my old studio, and I'd often see them flying past at eye level, or eating a fish on the riverbank. Sometimes I was lucky enough to see them land on one of our trees in glowing afternoon light. This painting is a memory of those wonderful moments that I will always treasure. I've named the painting in the Lakota language.
