Original paintings are shipped from the artist's studio in Cody, Wyoming, USA, generally within 2 days to a week unless expedited or delayed shipping is requested.
Print Editions are shipped directly from the printer. All prints are produced and assembled as custom orders and require 1 to 2 weeks to complete before shipping.
All free shipping within the USA is by UPS, USPS, or a freight company. UPS and USPS take up to 6 business days. Oversize packages are shipped by a freight company and may take longer to arrive. Express shipping is sometimes available on request, and the extra cost will be added to your order.
International shipping charges are usually calculated at checkout. If the amount looks wrong, or you are ordering multiple items, or something doesn't work, please contact us for an accurate shipping quote before placing your order. Sometimes the automatic system or our weight inputs may have errors. We have many years of experience shipping overseas and will ensure your order arrives safely without unexpected fees or taxes.
Our liability ends when your products are delivered to your address by our chosen carrier. Please ensure you take personal delivery of all shipments, or that you have a secure area for shipments to be left. We cannot be held responsible for theft of products after they have been delivered to your address. Tracking is usually available as an automated service with your order.
