Like most little girls, I always loved horses and wanted one for my own. Now I get to paint them endlessly, in any color I like. Some run free, expressing their power and exuberance. Living in Cody, Wyoming, I'm surrounded by cowgirls and cowboys, ranches, and the Cody rodeo every night through summer. Cowgirls have become a new focus as a symbol of strong women with a can-do attitude to life.
