Wokcan Wichasa - Visionary, Lakota ~ Night of Artists

The Lakota are visionary people, seeing layers of meaning in the world around them. Energy can be transferred from one being to the next, and the earth and sky are protectors to be revered like grandparents. On the rare occasions that I have been able to connect with these earth energies, their power is amazing. In my portrait, his body disappears to be one with the air, but is it more solid or less so?
